PREPARING FOR HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS
Keeping the Love You Find
A Workshop for Individuals
Many of us, when we feel pain or frustration in our relationships,
tend to blame the other person for triggering us.
The Keeping the Love You Find workshop helps us to turn the lens around to look at ourselves,
the only person we actually have any power to change.

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
We look at why we pick the partners we do, how we are contributing to the successes and challenges in our relationships, what missing parts of ourselves our partners carry that we then criticise in them. We say goodbye to old relationships that are getting in the way of us moving on or to old ways of being in relationship that are no longer serving us with an understanding of why we developed these strategies in the first place. We learn a lot about our own relational adaptive strategies, our defenses, and how they tend to create the very situations we are trying to protect ourselves against. You will leave with a personal growth plan to guide you in making the changes you want going forward. Perhaps most importantly, we practice a skill that will help you in all your relationships.
This workshop is suitable for
individuals who are:
# single
# separated/divorced
# widowed
# married
# in a committed relationship
